This update to our structure is designed to strengthen alignment across our business, enhance collaboration between teams, and ensure we are well positioned to continue delivering trusted, high-quality engineering and consulting services. While our organizational structure evolves, our values, culture, and commitment to our clients and communities remain unchanged.

Strengthening Leadership and Collaboration 

As part of this update, we are pleased to announce the following leadership appointments: 

  • Tom Rabey has stepped into the role of Chief Administrative Officer, where he will oversee keyfunctions in corporate services and support the firm’s continued growth and efficiency. 
  • Edoardo Ballarin and Russell Warren have assumed the role of Executive Vice-President, providing strategic leadership of operations and supporting collaboration across Binnie’s service areas and offices. 

These appointments reflect Binnie’s ongoing investment in strong leadership and our commitment to building a structure that empowers teams, supports decision-making, and enhances our ability to serve clients.
