We are pleased to announce that Scott Campbell, P.Eng., PMP has been elected as the new Chair of the Board of Directors for Binnie Consulting Ltd. In this role, he will lead the governance and strategic direction of Binnie’s different operating companies. Scott has 23 years experience with Binnie in a number of areas of the business.

As Binnie’s Chief Administrative Officer, he is also responsible for safety, IT, marketing, and regulatory compliance. As a Senior Principal, he supports Binnie’s key clients with developing innovative procurement and delivery strategies for their infrastructure projects and excels at facilitating multi-party partnership agreements. Scott is a registered P.Eng. with Engineers and Geoscientists BC, a Project Management Professional (PMP) with the Project Management Institute, and an MMCD Certified Contract Administrator. Scott recently completed the Directors Education Program with the Institute of Corporate Directors and University of Calgary Haskayne School of Business. He has been an active volunteer with Engineers and Geoscientists BC, and the Association of Consulting Engineering Companies BC, as well as in his community of Richmond, BC.
