ANNOUNCEMENT: BUSINESS CONTINUITY PLAN
Dear valued clients, partners, and industry colleagues:
There is understandable concern around COVID-19 in our communities. As this challenging situation continues to evolve, we want to reach out and keep you informed of Binnie’s response and actions to protect the wellbeing of our staff while supporting business continuity for our clients.
The health and safety of our employees, families, and community is our top priority. Binnie is following the recommendations from the Provincial and Federal Governments by taking the necessary measures to protect staff and minimize the spread of the virus in our workplace. Any employees with symptoms or who have travelled out of the country are required to follow the 14-day self-quarantine procedures implemented by government health care professionals. Additionally, we have cancelled participation in external conferences or events and employees are asked to limit their work engagements to remote interactions.
Our dedicated team remains focused on continuing to support our clients and the success of their projects, and we will continue to work closely with you through this unprecedented time. We have implemented a program and infrastructure that allow staff to effectively carry out their work remotely. Regardless of their physical location, our staff are still working to ensure our business processes and services to clients continue to operate effectively.
We are grateful for the tremendous work of all the front-line healthcare and community workers that continue to support us through this difficult time, and our thoughts are with those who have been impacted by the COVID-19 virus.
We will continue to post any updates regarding our operations here on our website. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact your colleague at Binnie who can provide any additional information required.
Stay safe, healthy, and support each other.
