From June 12 to August 31, 2023, Binnie’s RISE group conducted its second donation drive with Dress for Success (DFS). The result was a generous donation of 122 pounds of clothing and shoes for DFS Vancouver, four large boxes for the DFS Calgary chapter and another 30+ pounds of donations will be provided to other women-focused charitable organizations.
Contributed by staff from our various office locations, including RISE members and allies, the donated professional attire aligns with Dress for Success’ mission to empower women in the workforce. As a staff-led initiative in a professional consulting business, RISE supports Dress for Success’ goal of providing tools and attire for women to confidently enter or re-enter the workforce, make positive impressions, and secure meaningful employment.
