In welcoming Paragon to the Binnie team, we are strengthening our specialty services in the areas of Pump Stations, Trenchless Technology, and Utility Condition Assessments.

Effective September 1, 2016, Paragon will operate as a separate division of Binnie, led by John Kupskay, P.Eng., ensuring a seamless transition for Paragon clients.
