The Quad Diamond Facility for the Langdon Community Campus is a joint-use site for the Rocky View County and the Rocky View School Division.
The project includes playing surfaces (grass/turf), shale infield and warming track, outfield fencing, side fencing, dugouts, and irrigation design.
Binnie was responsible for the concept design, graphic rendering for the park, development permit process, and irrigation design for the overall site. Construction was completed in 2020. The facility opened in June of 2021.
