The City of Surrey retained Binnie to conduct a feasibility review of using roundabouts in high traffic areas with tight right-of-way constraints. The study consisted of an operational analysis, preliminary design, and cost analysis. Upon stakeholder acceptance of the feasibility study, Binnie optimized the final horizontal geometrics and completed the final plans for pavement marking, signing, as well as the design of the vertical geometrics. The streets are generally 12.2 metres wide with curb bulges at the intersections and are complete with ornamental street lights and curb and gutter.

- 82 Avenue & 156 Street intersection
- 82 Avenue & 160 Street intersection
