The City of Burnaby retained Binnie to assist with the redevelopment of a new 8-lane IAAF track renovation project at Swangard Stadium.
We conducted a topographic survey and prepared the contract drawings. We assisted with preparing the RFP and tender documents and evaluated the proponents. During construction, we provided inspection and contract administration services. We were also responsible for coordinating approvals from BC Athletics.
