University Heights Subdivision

Binnie’s Development & Infrastructure Division is providing civil engineering services for the 35-acre University Heights Phase 2 Subdivision in Squamish, BC. Binnie Land Surveying Ltd. was also retained to survey 72 lots within the subdivision.

The developer, Holborn, touts University Heights as a “sustainable community located in the midst of the Garibaldi and Tantalus mountain ranges”. Notably, the development was recognized as a finalist in the 2007 Georgie Award’s “Best Environmental” category.
