As a Project Manager in our Development division, Gabriel Silveira P.Eng., MBA provides leadership and technical oversight for land development and civil infrastructure projects. He guides multidisciplinary teams through planning, design, and construction while fostering strong client and stakeholder relationships. He first joined Binnie in 2023 as an Inspector within the Development group and has progressively expanded his responsibilities, transitioning into a Project Manager role where he supports the delivery of complex projects throughout British Columbia. Gabriel holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering degree from the University of Santa Catarina, and is a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) registered with Engineers and Geoscientists British Columbia (EGBC).
His interest in engineering began early in life, driven by a childhood fascination with building structures, roads, and tunnels. When reflecting on his journey into civil engineering, Gabriel points to a major transportation project he worked on during his degree as a defining experience that helped shape his educational path and career goals. He strongly believes that well-designed infrastructure plays a key role in improving quality of life and supporting economic growth.
