Richard Bush P.Eng., ICD.D, PMP, MBA is the President & Chief Executive Officer of Binnie. He is responsible for the leadership of the company and focuses on developing, refining, and implementing Binnie’s strategic plan through teamwork and collaboration. Since joining in 2001, Richard has held various roles across the company including design, inspection, construction services, project management, and corporate leadership. Drawing on more than 25 years of experience at Binnie, he brings a strong technical depth and broad operational perspective to his leadership. Richard is motivated by Binnie’s purpose of creating connected communities and takes pride in leading the infrastructure projects that help communities thrive.

He was appointed the President & CEO of Binnie in 2021 after serving as the Vice President of Infrastructure Delivery and continues to be a member of our Board of Directors. As an active member of the engineering industry, Richard currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Association of Consulting Engineering Companies (ACEC) Canada and is the past Board Chair of ACEC-BC. Outside of work, Richard enjoys cycling and skiing with his friends and family as well as playing classic rock on his guitar.
