We are pleased to announce the promotion of Russell Warren, P.Eng., LEED(r) Green Associate as our new Vice President of Development and Infrastructure.  In this role, Russell will lead Binnie with strategic planning initiatives and the delivery of our client services in the areas of Land Development, Municipal Engineering, and Landscape Architecture.  He has previously served as a Division Manager, and became a shareholder in 2016.  He is a an alumni of The University of British Columbia where he obtained his Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) focused in Civil Engineering.
