We are pleased to announce the promotion of Edmund Lee, P.Eng., to Vice President of the new Transportation Engineering & Major Projects Group.

Edmund joined Binnie just over 10 years ago and has been a catalyst in moving Binnie into the spotlight on several large high-profile projects. His expertise is in highway planning; and highway conceptual, preliminary, and detailed designs through direct involvement in numerous major interchange/intersection; and highway corridor projects, both in the private and public sectors.

His latest and most notable works include the Alex Fraser Bridge Improvement Project and Highway 91/17 and Deltaport Way Upgrade Project. He is an alumnus of the University of British Columbia where he obtained his Bachelor of Applied Science in Civil Engineering and is currently a member of Engineers and Geoscientists of BC and Institute of Transportation Engineers, as well as a Principal Shareholder here at Binnie.

Edmund’s highly specialized experience in highway planning and major projects will continue to serve Binnie now and well into the future as he and his team take up more major projects.
