Binnie (Omni Engineering Inc.) was engaged in the design services of the civil, mechanical, and wastewater treatment systems for the Cardinal Concrete Squamish Batch Plant.
The project included the design of the project area grading and paving of roadways, storm drainage collection system, wastewater collection and treatment and distribution system, water supply from a new site well pump and distribution, slump rack, sewage lift station, the Batch Plant cold/hot water supply and the building plumbing.
The Kedco on-demand Hot Water heater was unique to this project, which has cold water fed directly through the burner to superheat the water for batching.
